What a fantastic weekend! A group of young people from the Burnhope and Leadgate Drop-Ins recently took a trip to Chartners Farm in Morpeth for a residential trip. It was a weekend of pure, unfiltered fun, proving that you don't need screens to have a great time.
For two whole days, the group survived without TV or internet access. Instead, they embraced the great outdoors and took part in a range of activities. From exploring the farm and tackling team challenges to simply enjoying a bit of downtime, it was an opportunity for them to step away from their usual routine and connect with each other.
The trip was a brilliant chance for everyone to build confidence, strengthen friendships, and make some lasting memories. It was a powerful reminder of how much can be achieved and experienced when we put our phones away and engage with the world around us.
